Petronash was awarded a Lump sum Turnkey (LSTK) contract for Manufacturing, Supplying, Installation and Commissioning of 35Nos. Modular Multi-Well Control Panels consisting of 419 well control modules in total for ONGC offshore sites under “Replacement of Well-Fire Shutdown Panels at offshore well platforms of MH & NH assets. An initial assessment with a detailed site survey was carried out to conform to the Project deliverables including Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, and Installation & Commissioning with all related documentation and quality specifications that complies with the ONGC requirements.

PETRONASH conducted a detailed site survey to identify the scope of work and design requirements which included the installation of the supplied panels in the location of the existing panels. The Wellhead Control Panels were then designed to provide the required hydraulic fluid supply to operate Sub-Surface Safety Valves (SSSV) & Pneumatic supply to Surface Safety valves (SSV) and Shutdown valves (XSDV’s) of the Wellhead Christmas tree and Process area. All electrical signals to and from Wellhead platform were interfaced with RTU for remote control and shutdown. The 35 panels and 419 WCM were produced, tested at our Jebel Ali, Dubai Facility and dispatched in a remarkable four Months time. Petronash sent 2 offshore teams to ONGC for offshore activities which included hook up of temporary panels to the existing hydraulic/pneumatic lines, dismantling of the existing panels, and installation and commissioning of the new supplied panels without any interruption to the current production. The temporary panels were removed after the new panels were commissioned.

Since time was of essence in the entire contract, and health and safety of our personnel was of prime importance, Petronash kept a third team onshore, on standby, to rotate the teams every 28 days.
