Engineering
Petronash has design and detailed engineering capability enhanced by the latest range of software. Petronash vessel division is adept in developing complete fabrication drawings for skid modules from the basic P&I diagram. The vessels are generally designed in accordance with design standards like PD 5500, AD-Merkblatter and ASME and a library of all international relevant standards and client specifications/regulations is maintained. Petronash has a wide range of engineering capabilities with a team of experienced Design Engineers, who are well versed with International codes like ASME, PED, API and other standards.
Accreditions Held
ASME "U" stamp for manufacturing of pressure vessels and National Board "R" stamp for repair and alterations to pressure vessels.
Produciton
The pressure vessel division is equipped with fully automated CNC cutting, rolling, and machining facilities .The heat treatment furnace for annealing, normalizing, tempering and stress reliving is subcontracted to reputed subcontractors like Exotherm/Inspec.

Welding
Our welding operations are automated in line with the latest technology advancement comprising experienced coded welders of SMAW, GTAW, GMAW & SMAW with different grades of materials including ferrous & nonferrous, stainless steels. The electrodes selection, holding, baking and issue are fully controlled at every stage.
Quality Assurance Control
Petronash has a full fledged quality assurance and control department and is accredited with ASME, National Board, ISO requirements. Petronash is pre-qualified with most of the oil field clients and is recognized by various third party certification/inspection agencies. We also carry out hardness tests, thickness tests, UT check, micro/macro examination and various NDT activities.
Veseel Repair, Alteration, Rerating and Recertification
PETRONASH has the equipment and capability to repair pressure vessels/equipments to ASME / National Board requirements. Petronash also offers consultancy services for recertification of various pressure equipments.
