These type of Wellhead Control Panels have electrically driven Piston check ball type hydraulic pumps to generate Hydraulic power source for internal logic control & wellhead valves operational requirements. Hydraulic logic header pressure is derived from the main hydraulic header by using hydraulic regulators and the required control & shutdown logics are developed. The panels can be controlled either locally or remotely.

Wellhead Control Panels are provided with Level gauge, Level Transmitter for oil storage tank, Pressure transmitters for Hydraulic Main Header, Fusible Loop Header and wellhead valves Control line Pressure Header. Direct acting High Pressure Solenoid Valves (EEx d, IP 66) are provided to control the wellhead valve Open/ Close Operations.

Electrical control panel is provided with Start /Stop Push Buttons, ESD Push Button, Indication Lamps and Selector Switches for Local & Remote controls.

Instruments Interconnection Junction Boxes for Analog and Digital Signals are provided separately.
